Freeing the CDROM (Notes)

To watch encrypted DVD's you need to install the libdvdcss package from the internet.
“tohd” & “fromhd” won't work with Windows 2000 or XP partitions due to NTFS filesystem. Use “bootfrom” and specify an iso image on drive. (bootfrom=/dev/hda1/knoppix.iso)
The kernel version on the iso must match the kernel version on the CD you are booting from
